TikTok’s algorithm..

Doomscrolling to the next junk video
Alas!!

And this might actually change your life
For the better.. I promise.
TikTok’s Newest Health Trend
What’s Everyone Doing 👀
The new buzzing trend on social media is known as "monthly curriculums". Basically, these are self-imposed routines designed to be fun, realistic, and easy to follow.
Rather than setting high-pressure expectations with unrealistic metrics, people are building routines that involve journaling, fitness, habit stacking and curating new skills.
The idea is to concentrate on goals that you can be consistent with to build the repetition of "mini-progress" that incites excitement!
This is a digestible spin on embracing the growth mindset, encouraging everyone to embark on a "chose-you-own” adventure towards personal development.

Learn from this investor’s $100m mistake
In 2010, a Grammy-winning artist passed on investing $200K in an emerging real estate disruptor. That stake could be worth $100+ million today.
One year later, another real estate disruptor, Zillow, went public. This time, everyday investors had regrets, missing pre-IPO gains.
Now, a new real estate innovator, Pacaso – founded by a former Zillow exec – is disrupting a $1.3T market. And unlike the others, you can invest in Pacaso as a private company.
Pacaso’s co-ownership model has generated $1B+ in luxury home sales and service fees, earned $110M+ in gross profits to date, and received backing from the same VCs behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

Blueprints for Success
Pick One - Start Today:
1️⃣ Reading Curriculum
Pick one book for the month.
Break it into 10 pages per day or 2–3 chapters per week.
Use a sticky note or journal to jot down one key takeaway per reading session.
At month’s end, summarize the 3 biggest lessons.
2️⃣ Journaling Curriculum
Choose a theme: gratitude, goals, or self-reflection.
Write 5 minutes every morning (set a timer).
Use one guiding prompt daily (e.g., “What’s one win from yesterday?”).
At the end of each week, reread entries and highlight recurring insights.
3️⃣ Exercise Curriculum
Pick one form of movement (walking, yoga, or bodyweight strength).
Commit to 20 minutes, 4x per week.
Track progress in a simple calendar: ✔ = completed.
Add one progression at week 3 (extra set, longer distance, harder variation). What They’re Looking For
